Personality: Connell might be the last person you'd expect to work for the Roman-catholic church, rather he's the kind of guy you'd expect to rob you of your belongings and probably beat you up in the process. He drink large amounts of alcohol a soon as he gets the chance and smoke several packages of cigarettes every day and on top of it all he's a brawler who enjoy to pick fights with people. His only motives to fight for the church it's because it's the only way a lowlife like him would get something like a home and a family which he's been missing all his life. This feeling that the exorcists has become his family is what makes him able to stand face to face with the demons that he will have to face in the war against the millennium earl. Well that and because he likes to beat the shit out of people and demons alike.
His early life as an homeless orphan has influenced him so that he nowadays hasn't the slightest thrust or liking for authorities. Therefore he would never carry out orders that he doesn't agree with no matter who's giving them. Another thing that he developed during those years was a habit of stealing things, not only food and money to survive, but all sorts of stuff just because he like the thrill that it gave and because he like having lots of stuff with him to either sell, to use or just to have as jewellery. This is represented through the large amount of stolen watches the he carries around his forearms and lots of other stuff that he carries with him.

History: Connell was born in Dublin, but were for unknown reasons abandoned by his parents soon after and ended up at an orphanage. He was raised with strict disciple were even the slightest mistake or fault were punished with a beating. As if that wasn't enough he and the other children were forced to work hard from sun break until late at night, whatever the children produced was sold by the owner of the orphanage and went straight into his own pockets. Connell had a limit for how long he could put up with this and soon after he turned eleven he ran away from the orphanage to never return again.
His new life as one of societies outcasts wasn't much easier, but at least he felt that he was free, nobody rued over him any more and he was free to do as he pleased. The downsides were of course the problem of getting food to eat and some kind of shelter to sleep. All though he had a hard time at first Connell became better and better at managing himself in the harsher parts of Dublin by stealing and begging for money, it was hard, but he was happy that he at least didn't have to kill to live as some of the others in the neighbourhood had to do.
During the seventeenth winter of Connell's life something happened that would change his life. It was just a normal winter day at first which he spend trying to find somewhere to warm himself and some food to eat. As he rounded a corner and entered one of the poorer districts of the city he witnessed the most horrifying scene he had ever seen. There were corpses spread all over the street, bodies of men, women and children alike, frankly the sight scared the living hell out of Connell. What was even worse was what was hovering a few metres above the street, a big spherical being with cannons sticking out at every side. Connell just stood frozen staring at the thing before he realized that it seemed to have noticed him and was heading his way. Quickly he turned around and ran away the same way he had arrived, but fate on his side as another sphere thingy had appeared in his way. Now he was cornered with no chance of escaping.
It was about this time that the two watches that was wearing around each of his wrists began getting hotter and hotter until they were nearly burning his skin at the same time they seemed to be changing form. Soon they had become something that resembled a pair of metallic glows and there were two sharp knives growing out of them. The more they grew more painful the heat became and now he could also notice that his hands had begun to bleed. As the pain became more and more unbearable he passed out.

As he woke up he up Connell didn't know were he was. He was lying in a bed with bandages wrapped around his arms. A few hours after he woke up he was visited by a group of people dressed in black explaining the story about the earl and the exorcists to him and told him that he was compatible with and innocence and they wanted him to become an exorcist. Since Connell didn't now what else to do he thought that he might as well accept their offer and told them that he would like to become an exorcist. Since that day he has been a part of the black order and trained his skills to combat akumas.

The thud's of the axe got louder and louder for every blow the door took, announcing that the pirates were close to get inside. Katsuro however hadn't been lazy during the five minutes he had been trapped inside the firework warehouse. With the help of some of the fuses that he had found inside the room he had created a massive network of threads stretching all over the room.
"Seems good to me." He said to himself as he climbed up some boxes to get to the small window.
He had now reached a critical point of his plan. Would he fit through the window? He was quite small, but the window didn't seem like it was very easy to get through. He didn't have any time to hesitate though since exited voices could be heard from the other side of the door:
"We're coming to get ya lad! Come on Mike! Get that door open!"
Thereby it was decided and Katsuro proceeded to squeeze through the narrow opening. He managed to get himself through, but only with a great effort and most of the dress got ripped to pieces so now he stood on the street outside clad only in his underpants.
He hadn't time for such petty issues at such a glorious moment as this and so he grabbed the part of the fuse that was hanging out of the window and lit a match.
After it was lit he picked up his guns, the ammo and his cigarettes, that he had thrown out of the window earlier, and walked away while whistling a happy tune.

Meanwhile the pirates finally managed to break into the room just to find out that the was no one there. They were just about to search the room when one of them spoke.:
"Lads... Is that thread supposed to be on fire?"

Katsuro was almost thrown of his feet by the blast, but somehow managed to keep his footing. He was smiling widely as he walked away.
