Miki Rei’s Innocence: The Dance of Armoured Fans

When deactivated, they take the form of normal fans which Rei straps to her thighs.
When activated, the fans become entirely made of steel, and the edges have retractable edges that resemble sharpened knives.
It is to be noted that the fan blades can expand slightly to reveal spaces in between one another, and these can be used in battle to Rei’s advantage, when needed.
Basic Abilities:
1) (In long-range mode) Rei is able control her fans with her hands, enabling them to move even faster like saw-like discuses, so that they can cut through almost anything.
2) The fans can be used to create powerful currents of wind to deflect, or lessen the impact, of opponent’s attacks.
3) Rei’s agility and dexterity increases substantially.
Level 1: The fans transform into their metallic appearance, with each edge like a sharpened knife. All basic abilities can be used.
Special Attack: Suzume Odori (The Dance of the Sparrow)
Based on the quick, fluttering movements of the tree sparrow’s courtship ritual, Rei performs the various forms of the dance in order to control her fans. The fans create chaotic forces of wind, which makes their movements increasingly unpredictable (amongst the gusts of wind) as the dance progresses. One can try to discern where they’re coming from by observing Rei’s movements carefully, but these are hypnotic and can confuse, or ensnare.
